The North Eastern Regional Drugs Task Force and the HSE are offering SAOR Training free of charge, and the next session will take place on Friday 20th May, at 9.15am, in the Unity Centre, Windtown, Navan.

• The training is aimed at Tier 1 and Tier 2 services (non-drug specific public or community services, and those substance misuse services without ready access to therapeutic supports)
• Training in the SAOR model will give participants the necessary skills to identify, engage, and appropriately refer when problem substance misuse is encountered.
• The capacity of organisations and community groups to act as a point of first response will be strengthened as a result.
