Meath Local Economic & Community Plan: online information & feedback session – November 15th 2022 at 7pm

Meath County Council and the Meath Local Community Development Committee want your input into the next Local Economic and Community Plan (LECP) for the county.

Join us for an online information and feedback session on Tuesday, November 15th at 7pm to learn more about the LECP, and to share your ideas!

At this session, we will present key information on the LECP and ask for feedback on our proposed goals and objectives. Your feedback will be captured on the following key draft high level goals :

  • A healthy and resilient County
  • A dynamic economy that supports and meets the needs of its businesses and people
  • Empowered, inclusive and equitable communities
  • Safe, accessible and enriching places
  • A County that works together
  • A sustainable and eco-friendly County.

Meath County Council is encouraging people to share their views and vision for the County as part of a public consultation period for the Meath Local Economic and Community Plan (LECP) 2023-2029. The LECP is a six-year plan to support the economic and community development of County Meath. It is developed by Meath County Council, in consultation with its stakeholders, including the people living and working in the County.
