These units are being made available for sale under the Affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated Affordable Housing Regulations and the LIHAF (Local Infrastructure Housing Activation Fund).

7 no. affordable homes: 2 no. Mid Terrace House, 3 no. Semi Detached Houses, 1 no. 2-Bedroom Mid Terrace Duplex and 1 no. 3-Bedroom Mid Terrace Duplex; available for purchase by eligible applicants at Beaufort, Boyne Village, Navan, Co. Meath. 

The online portal to apply for these affordable housing units will open for applications on the 24 April 2025 at 12noon.
