2 Bedroom Terrace House – 
Max. Household Income Limit – €74,813, Current Price – €350,000, Min. Purchase Price – €275,000*

3 Bedroom End Terrace House – 
Max. Household Income Limit – €94,050, Current Price – €440,000, Min. Purchase Price – €365,000*

*This is affordable price paid by applicant when the Local Authorities equity share has been deducted from the full market price. Equity shares are calculated on an individual basis and are linked to applicants’ income, savings (if any) and mortgage capacity.

These housing units are being made available for sale under the Affordable Provisions of Part V of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended and the affordable dwelling purchase arrangements in accordance with the Affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated Affordable Housing Regulations.

The online portal to apply for these affordable housing units will open for applications on the 17th of April 2025 at 12noon.

Mortgage Approval in Principle is one of the main items’ applicants will need.
