Art of Poetry is a 6 week course every Monday afternoon 1.00pm – 3.00pm from 24th March in the Recovery College room, DCU, School of Nursing, Psychotherapy and Community Health. It will explore how to use art and poetry skills together to create beautiful pieces, understanding how to blend art and writing skills together and how to use creativity in a safe and friendly group setting. Refreshments provided. €10 total cost for the course.

Connection With Nature is a 4 week course every Thursday from 11.00am – 2.00pm from 3rd April in the Recovery College room, DCU, School of Nursing, Psychotherapy and Community Health. In the first week the participants will come together in the Recovery College room to discuss where they would like to go on the walks. The aim of the course is to reconnect with nature, make new friends, redevelop social outlets, engage in the local environment, share knowledge and build self-esteem. We are looking for a full commitment of 4 weeks for the course. Refreshments provided. €10 total cost for the course. 

Healing Power of Poetry is a 2 hour poetry workshop on Wednesday 4th June from 11.00am – 1.00pm in Core Ireland, Unit 3, Meath Enterprise Centre, Trim Road, Navan, Co. Meath. It will explore some of the greatest poets, looking at our own life experiences and using these as inspiration for our poetry. Refreshments provided. €10 total cost for the workshop.
