The Collaboration and Innovation Fund aims to fund projects and activities that support adults with unmet literacy, numeracy, digital and financial literacy needs.

In 2025, the total funding available in the Collaboration and Innovation Fund is €1 million for local and national projects.

Strand 1: €750k for project that (1) support adults with unmet literacy, numeracy and digital literacy needs, and (2) create a more literacy friendly and equal society.

Strand 2: €250k for projects that (1) improve financial literacy skills for adults with unmet literacy, numeracy and digital literacy needs, and (2) create a more literacy friendly approach to accessing financial services.
