Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended) that Meath County Council, being the Planning Authority for County Meath, at their meeting on Monday, 13^th May 2024, made Variation No. 1 & Variation No. 2 to the Meath County Development Plan 2021-2027 (copy of Newspaper Notice attached).

Variation No. 1 had three proposed Amendments 01 to 03 (all were adopted on 13^th May, 2024).  Variation No. 2 had eleven proposed Amendments (a) to (k) (all were adopted on 13^th May, 2024 except “Proposed Amendment (g): Ratoath Land Use Zoning Map (Ratoath Outer Relief Road)”  which was omitted by resolution of the Elected Members.
