***New deadline for nominations***

The new deadline for receipt of nominations is Sunday 18th September (or Friday 16th if returning by post or hand).

In the event of more people being nominated than the number of seats available, an election process will be held beginning on Wednesday 7th September.

Meath PPN will fill the MD seats first before then filling the pillar seats. If a nominee has been successful in their MD and are also nominated for a pillar seat, their name will be removed from the pillar ballot.

An independent monitor will be in place to oversee the nomination process and any elections that need to take place. Stephen Rourke has over 35 years’ experience within the community and voluntary sector in Ireland. He has worked with other PPN networks around the country as an independent monitor and facilitator and is also working closely with the national PPN Secretariat Network.

Thanks

Nicky
