Core Ireland will be running a Mental Wellbeing Course on “Self Care”
Start Date 23rd June 2021
In this course, students will explore:
- Journaling
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Breathwork
- The 5 senses
- Time management
- Opposite to emotion thinking
- Mental Reframing
The course will run for 4 weeks at 2 hours per week.
Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
