The Irish Heart Foundation have recently launched a new Heart Failure Support Programme.

This support service for Heart Failure patients includes monthly information sessions with expert speakers, a 7 episode informational podcast series, a peer to peer support closed Facebook group (Heart Support Network), monthly newsletters, a nurse Support Line for any medical queries and counselling sessions.
