Navan Parking Update
Meath County Council will increase the observation period to 30 mins after the expiry time on the meter ticket from the 12th December to the 25th December 2020. This effectively allows vehicles to remain for an additional 30 mins after their paid parking period at no additional charge. This incentive is in addition to the current parking incentive in place which is pay one hour get one hour free . Therefore drivers can park for 2 ½ hours parking for €1.00 on town streets , €1.20 in Fair green Carpark and €1.40 in Kennedy Place. The maximum stay of 2 hours has been increased from 12th December to the 25 December 2020. The 10 minutes observation time for drivers to purchase a meter ticket is increased to 15 minutes.
Kells Parking Update
Meath County Council will increase the observation period to 30 mins after the expiry time in the meter ticket from the 12th December to the 25th December 2020. This effectively allows vehicles to remain for an additional 30 mins after their paid parking period at no additional charge. This incentive is in addition to the current parking incentives in place which is 50 cents an hour with 15 minutes extra free on the meter expiry time . Therefore drivers can park for 2 hours and 45 minutes for 90 cents on town streets and €1.00 in car parks . The maximum stay of 2 hours has been increased from 12th December 2020 to 25 December 2020. The 10 minutes observation time for drivers to purchase a meter ticket is increased to 15 minutes.
