PayPal Giving Fund Launches in Ireland as Online Charity Donations Jump by Almost 40%
PayPal Giving Fund Ireland is a new registered charity which will meet the growing demand among people in Ireland to be able to support worthwhile causes through digital donations, following an almost 40% increase in online charity contributions in Ireland during the coronavirus crisis.
The Wheel’s Training Links Programme Now Accepting Applications
The Wheel are pleased to announce that the Training Links Programme 2020 – 2022 has reopened for submissions (as of Tuesday 4 August). We are inviting applications from community and voluntary groups including registered charities, social enterprises and nonprofit organisations.
Minister McEntee and Minister O’Gorman announce 2020 LGBTI+ Community Services Funding Call
€700,000 is being made available to applicant groups, operating at national, regional and local level, to support community services and promote visibility and inclusion of LGBTI+ people.
Applications for Equality Fund 2020 – 2023 Now Being Accepted
This €3 million Fund is supported by the Peter Kinney and Lisa Sandquist Foundation and the Government of Ireland. This Fund will support organisations and groups that empower marginalised communities and tackle systemic inequality.
COVID-19 Stability Fund Now Open for Unincorporated Organisations
Government has announced that the COVID-19 Stability Fund for Charities has been opened to applications from Unincorporated Organisations. The closing date for all application is Monday, 10 August, 2020 at 3pm.
