Shine’s “Finding My Way” course is taking place in the Trim Family Resource Centre, 1st July to 26th August 2019

It is an 8-week recovery oriented course for people with self-experience of a mental health difficulty, covering the following topics:

• …Overcome Self-Stigma
• …Understand My Rights and Entitlements
• …Be able to Self-Advocate
• …Be Effective in my Communication with others
• …Enhance My Life and Career Plans
• …See the Amazing Me and Building Resilience
   

The course is free of charge and open to participants over 18 years of age. Places are limited, so please register early to avoid disappointment.
