Development Perspectives – Training Opportunity

As a proud member of the Meath PPN, Development Perspectives wish to make fellow members of the network aware of a training opportunity which may be of interest to them.

The training opportunity is a week long course called Spinning a Yarn (SAY).  Spinning a Yarn (SAY) is an Erasmus+ training course which will take place in Ireland from September 6-13. The course will look at the art of storytelling in the context of global education. The importance of storytelling for improved public engagement is becoming widely recognised as an area of priority in the global education sector. This course will be useful for activists, advocates, communication officers or people who just wish to share their global education experiences.

Hopefully this course will be of interest to people in the PPN network. To find out more and/or apply, please follow this link: https://www.salto-youth.net/tools/european-training-calendar/training/spinning-a-yarn-say.5856/

We have places available for participants based in Ireland, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Cyprus, Greece and France.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Paul Crewe, Project Worker, Development Perspectives, at pcrewe26@gmail.com.
